Jupiter systems (100 PE – 500 PE)
BioKube Jupiter systems are predominantly used for cities, gated communities and resorts.
BioKube Jupiter systems are delivered fully equipped ready to be installed as a plug and play unit.
Each unit contains a treatment zone with aerated filters and a settling zone to remove all SS.
The units can be installed in the ground directly, in a pre-built concrete tank or above ground.
Depending on treatment requirements and the amount of incoming water the complete installation can have several units in series (depending on treatment requirements) or in parallel (depending on amount of water to be treated).

BioKube Jupiter one chamber system installed directly inground
The picture shows a single chamber Jupiter system installed at a campsite in Croatia.
You can see the aerated zone with the BioBlocks followed by the settling zone.
The system shown will treat 100 m3 per day to the standard European treatment requirements of BOD < 25 mg/l.
BioKube Jupiter three chamber system under installation
The picture shows a three-chamber Jupiter system under installation in Denmark.
The system is being installed directly in the ground, so no external strengthening of the Jupiter units is necessary.
In front of the system, you can see a 5 m3 buffer tank installed between the septic tank and the Jupiter units.

In front of the system you can see the 20 m3 septic tank and the 5 m3 buffer tank installed between the septic tank and the Jupiter units.
BioKube Jupiter three chamber system above ground
The picture shows a three chamber Jupiter system installed at The Technical University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
You can see that each section has an aerated zone with the BioBlocks followed by the settling zone.
The system is strengthened by steel bars to take the pressure from the water in the cleaning chambers. These steel bars are not needed if the system is in ground, then the pressure is absorbed by the surrounding soil.
The system shown with three steps will treat wastewater to the strict demands on BOD < 10, COD < 75, NH4 < 5 and Total N reduction over 50 %.
