BioReactor systems are installed in on-site built concrete tanks.
The main advantages of this are that the use of local labor is maximized as opposed to a system being delivered completely finished to the end site.
Also this means that cost of transportation is reduced since only the active cleaning units are shipped and not the settling zones. These are part of the concrete tank.

The system from 2007 is installed at a vegetable factory.
The system is a 3-step solution. In the picture you see the 4 BioReactor units in the first step. You also see, that there after the treatment units, there is a settling zone as part of the concrete tank.

The picture shows a new sports complex in Bolivia.
The opening of the sports complex was set for April 2018. BioKube got the order in Ocktober 2017. The system was ready for the opening in April 2018.
So, from October 2017 till April 2018 BioKube
– Manufactured the system at our factory in Europe
– sent in by container ship to Chile
– drove it into the mountains in Bolivia
– performed installation and startup.
