Low Real Estate Footprint:

Standardised designs use real estate sparingly. Apart from saving land, this also reduces the extent and cost of civil construction that is required for building tanks and laying sewage pipes. The systems can be installed below ground to be virtually out of sight.

Submerged Aerated Filters:

BioKube’s SAF (Submerged Aereated Filter) technology provides for reliable operation without blockage of the filter media and without breakdowns in operations. It can recover well from adverse events such as input flow surges and accidental inflow of substances harmful to the bacteria living on the filter media.

Patented Odour Control:

BioKube Plants employ patented technology to control hydrogen sulfide formation, and are free of the smell commonly associated with sewage treatment

Scaleable:

It is easy to upscale the BioKube systems to meet enlarged inlet volumes or stricter outlet requirement. This is simply done by installing additional BioKube modules to the existing installation. No need to spend money today for requirements applicable years ahead.

Allows for remote supervision:

All BioKube systems can be monitored and controlled remotely via a GSM SCADA Remote Control module. This provides optimal security for the end user, and allows for easy remote change of control settings in case of temporary variation in incoming load values. BioKube plants are designed to run reliably, day after day, for decades, with only periodic servicing and preventive maintenance.
