BioKube Uranus - How are they built?

A BioKube Uranus is technically identical to a BioKube Jupiter system.
A BioKube Uranus system will compared to a Jupiter system typically also contain a pre-settling tank. This is to make the system independent of outside installations when it is moved from one site to another.

Uranus 500 PE system in two 20 foot containers.
Below is a Uranus system for 500 PE (requirement on outlet values BOD < 25 mg/l).
The system is not yet mounted in the container.
You see one chamber is the cleaning unit (the white box on the left) and one box is the pre-settling tank (the box on the right).
You see the brown steel bars which are part of the extra strength built into the systems to make then able to handle the rough handling often being used during transportation over rough terrain.BioKube Uranus Cleaning unit and setteling tank.jpg

BioKube Uranus system, cleaning unit mounted in container.
This cleaning unit will in this configuration treat wastewater from 500 PE to cleaning requirements BOD < 25 mg/l.
In the treatment container shown will be mounted the BioBlocks, difusers, air pump, ellectrical controlbox etc.
