Saturn systems 200 -10.000 m3.
BioKube Saturn systems are comparable to BioReactor systems in regards to the amount ow water the systems will clean.
Saturn systems are however cheaper to build than Bioreactor systems since there is less construction work involved.

The drawing above shows a BioKube Saturn system for 1.000 m3 / day.
the total footprint of the system is onlu 18 x 20 m for a system treating 1.000 m3 / day and with minimum construction works.
The system includes

sludge treatment system with total sludge removal via a Geotube Bag in the blue container

Pretreatment using DAF system in the green container on the left

12 BioReactor Saturn cleaning units installed above ground.

Buffer tank in concrete below the Saturn cleaning units

Removal of bacteriological sludge in the green container on the right (is removed via the Geotube dewatering bags)

UV system in the green container on the right for total removal of all bacteria for reuse of the treated water.
