BioKube BioReactor Plug and Play systems
- How are they built?

A BioKube BioReactor system is mounted in a locally built concrete tank. This utillises to the maximun degree local laour and thereby the total cost of the system. See a principle drawing of a 800 PE BioKube Bioreactor system.
All parts to be mounted in the concrete tanks are delivered from BioKube in standard shipping containers.
The total time for mounting the parts delivered from BioKube in the concrete tanks was less than two days.

You can here see a technical description of the BioReactor system pictured below here, and you can se video clips of the installation here. See here the BioReactor Installation Manual.

You see the concrete tank and the small enclosure for the technical installations. The tanks on one side is the pre-setteling tank and on the other side are the BioReactors.Installation Yemen Sept 2009 - www.jpg

The total footprint for the system is 15 x 6 meter. The System is here designed so the concrete tanks on the left side are the pre-settling tank and on the right side the tanks for the BioReactors.BioKube BioReactor Oilfield Yemen 7 - www.jpg

The BioReactor 150 ellement fits into the concrete tank. It is just like children playing with LEGO blocks. If you need a bigger house (here a bigger wastewater treatment system), you need more BioReactor cleaning units.BioKube BioReactor Oilfield Yemen 3 - www.jpg

See here video of the system beeing built.
