BioKube BioReactor Plug and Play systems
- The components.

   A BioReactor system is optimised towards the maximun use of local labour. In a BioReactor system, only the active cleaning unit is delivered from outside. The rest is based on local construction of a on-site built concrete concrete tank.

   BioReactor 150 active cleaning unit. 
One BioReactor 150 unit will clean 110 m3 / day

A BioReactor 150 unit measures 228 x 220 cm. and for shipment it fits into a standard shipping container.

BioReactor systems are mounted in on-site built concrete tamnks. The concrete tank showen is for a 1.800 m3 / day system.

The active cleaning units (BioReactor 150) mounted in the concrete tank as the system is starting up with water comming in the first time.

   All components (airblowers, water pumps, difusers, ellectrical controle box etc. are delivered with the system.

   All BioKube systems are delivered Plug-and-Play. All necessary parts are delivered.

   The picture showes a BioKube installed at Notambouri Town Hall in Bangkok.
The system is under the ellevated concrete tiles. The small house is for the technical installations.
   The concrete tiles could just as well have been the parkinglot under a shopping center. This illustrates how little footprint a Biokube has and that the area if needed can be "reused"
